'How to promote psychological safety' is a Motion Design project created for CoachHub's learning academy for coaches and coachees.
The process started with a research and story driven script that was required to be turned into a visually appealing animated piece driven by the CoachHub Brand values and design system.
The success and value of the piece inspired it to become a part of CoachHub's in house learning content for industry leaders.
This project is in a vector graphic style.
I designed and illustrated these frames in Adobe Illustrator
